We are happy to work in concert with the Ontario County Health Department, Finger Lakes Health and Thompson Health in launching Choose Health OntariO, known to many as "CHOO." This program has been recognized by the Ontario County Board of Supervisors as a measure to reduce the rate of obesity and chronic disease in Ontario County.
CHOO is an integral component of the Hospital's current Community Service Plan.
If you're looking to make healthier choices, CHOO offers recommendations for lowering your weight, cholesterol and blood pressure including walking more and eating fresh fruits and vegetables.
FARMER'S MARKET
We are proud our village offers a Farmer's Market each Friday from 9:00 to 1:00 p.m. at the corner of Kendall Street and Railroad Avenue, sponsored by the Clifton Springs Area Chamber of Commerce.
No. 2 in New York State
U.S.News & World Report recently released a study that found 84% of our patients would "definitely recommend [us] to a friend or family member." That's the second-highest rate in the State of New York!
Thank You - to our volunteers, staff, physicians and administrative leadership for making our Hospital a place that our patients are proud to share with others.

5 Stars
for Community Value
The Ohio-based health care information firm of Cleverly + Associates named four of the region’s hospitals; Clifton Springs,
Rochester General, Unity and Wyoming County Community Hospital in its 2010 Community Value Index Five Star list.
Cleverley's system ranks its findings based on financial viability, plant maintenance, cost structure, charge structure and care quality. Facilities are divided into five categories of different
sized teaching and non-teaching hospitals.
The CV 100 is a list of the 100 highest scoring hospitals nationally in each category. The CV Five Star List identifies hospitals whose scores are in the top 20 percent of their group in
their state.
