Send an E-Card — it's easy!

Do you know a Clifton Springs patient who could use a laugh, a smile, a word of encouragement or support? An E-Card will make their day!

1. Select the E-Card you want to send.
2. In the box for "Recipient E-Mail addresses" (located in the bottom lower right of the form), please type ecards@cshosp.com. This will send the E-Card to the hospital.
3. In the box for "Your note" (located in the lower bottom left), please first type "ATTN:" and type the patient's first and last name. Then continue with your note.

By filling this information out correctly, we can deliver your E-Card to your friend or family member within 24 hours!
