The Society honors Dr. Henry Foster, whose lifetime work and legacy lives on here at Clifton Springs Hospital. Dr. Foster committed his life to individuals’ medical as well as spiritual needs.

The Henry Foster Planned Giving Society
Membership in the Foster Society is open to all who provide for the Foundation in their estate plans; fund a life income gift or other partial interest arrangement. The Foundation offers the following to assist you in your planning:
